Training

Multitel offers training courses for technical professionals that use and support Multitel hardware and software. Training is typically held at Multitel’s headquarters in Quebec City, Canada. Upon request, training can be conducted at the customer’s premise, or a remote location, and/or via an interactive webinar session. Repairs

All Multitel equipment is covered by a 24-month warranty. Please contact us before returning material as a Return Material Authorization is mandatory for product repair. Repair, Shipping and handling fees are applicable for repairs no longer under warranty. Administrative fees may apply on equipment returned to Multitel for repair, upon which no trouble was found (NTF).
