Quebec City, Canada (March 15^th, 2008) - Qwest, a coast-to-coast US telecom operator offering a full suite of network, data and voice services for government agencies, wholesale customers, and both small and large businesses (including 95 percent of the Fortune 500) will implement Multitel's FIRM Suite^TM power asset management software solution to automate and optimize data gathering on its network's power assets.

Through the use of FIRM Suite^TM's CommServer module, Qwest will be able to automate data gathering from its remote monitors and obtain standardized real-time power asset condition data, which is stored in a central repository.

Combined with other FIRM Suite^TM modules, Qwest will now have the ability to get real-time and historical information on its power assets, allowing it to build business intelligence for future power infrastructure deployments and provisioning, as well as facilitating surveillance and maintenance of its telecommunication network, which includes thousands of installations across the United States.
