1. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Customer Service:

2. Depending on your service contract and the nature of your request, repair charges may apply. |
3. Choose from two (2) service options:

Repair and Return
You will be asked to send the damaged units to the factory. Multitel will repair and return products within ten (10) business days.
|
Like for Like Replacements
You can obtain an equivalent (pre-configured) working unit within 48 hours of your request, subject to product availability and inventory.
