Universal Remote Monitoring Platform
Multitel leverages its industry knowledge and field experience to create remote monitoring solutions using a modular architecture. A three-layer approach including Presentation, Aggregation, and Acquisition Layers are combined passing data from one layer to the next or used separately, with other vendor solutions, to determine the best communication, software and hardware combinations that can be leveraged globally to build and rebuild the most efficient remote monitoring applications. Presentation Layer: The presentation layer is Multitel’s graphical user interface with Web-based reporting and analysis capabilities. Business rules are adapted for specific requirements to ensure users view data and critical information in the most efficient way for each application.

Aggregation Layer: The aggregation layer includes communication servers and database services to collect information from remote monitoring products (Multitel’s or other manufacturers’).

Acquisition Layer: The acquisition layer consists of remote monitoring products, designed by Multitel, for targeted industries and applications. A wide range of sensors and accessories are used to collect information from various critical infrastructures.
