2-Year Hardware Agreement
Multitel represents, warrants and covenants, to the Buyer, that for a period of twenty-four months after shipping of the Product, the Product when installed and used in accordance with specifications described in user manuals, technical materials and related writings published by Multitel with respect to such Product(s), shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
90-Day Software Agreement
Multitel warrants to the Buyer that Multitel software, when properly used, shall operate substantially as set forth in the documentation subject to conditions stated in documentation. Multitel further warrantee the media on which the Program is delivered to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (90) days following the date of receipt.
Extended Warranty
Add an extra layer of security by further protecting hardware and software with an extended warranty for a full 7 year period.
